OSX Preview Improvement
I’m reading this blurry PDF about screenprinting (thanks, O’Reilly) in Preview.app, and wishing I could give it a little Core Image love to sharpen it up. Why can’t I use the Image Correction tools on a PDF? Then again, perhaps most content producers can manage something better than a 30dpi scan for their articles.

Oh wow, this is exactly the sort of service I’ve been wanting to build for about a year now. That’ll teach me to do work instead of building what I want… But, aside from the lack of SSL for authentication (come on guys!) tumblr does everything I want it to. Anyone who knows me well knows how rare this is: I may have found a wheel I don’t need to reinvent. Bravo!
